We write what we want.
An unapologetically anti-racist, independently-run national opinion platform elevating the perspectives of racialized folks on everything and anything to do with race and racism in Canada.
Who we are
How Goes The Nation is an opinion platform centring the voices of racialized people, who continue to be tokenized by legacy media. We believe that it’s important that we are able to learn how racialized people, both within and outside our own communities, are thinking about the issues that matter to us.
We’re looking for ideas — big or small, macro or micro — for moving towards liberation; narrative and perspective shifting; media criticism; and political and cultural commentary. You can pitch to us here.
